This story features a suit of armor and barding that I based on some of the amazing works displayed in the arms and armor exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of art here in New York City. I always love using real reference for my art rather than photo reference. I was also inspired by some of the art of scenery and castles at the Met to create this story. I also took a trip to the Cloisters, which is the Met's middle ages collection to look at a few dragon images created in the middle ages for reference here too.
